Answering the 5th question (1,000) or 10th question (32,000) correctly will guarantee you that amount. You can only use each lifeline once during the game. The 1/2 lifeline allows you to remove two answers from the board. The Phone Call lifeline lets you call your friend and ask him the question. The Audience Poll lifeline will let the audience vote on which answer they think is correct.
